Just Like a Real Dictatorship

President for Life Obama. It has kind of a "Dear Leader" ring to it, doesn't it? [More]

And naturally, Serrano proves his loyalties in other ways.

With Friends Like These...

I took a screenshot of an ad on Drudge yesterday:

It clicked over to here:

...which is somehow affiliated with Newsmax.com, an ostensibly "conservative" site.

Thanks, guys. Nothing like implying an unfounded and hurtful conclusion about handguns. We really appreciate you reaching millions of people with that imagery.

And as long as we're segueing into stooges, is the advertisement photo you're using to make money with one with a licensing agreement?

Sir Theodore of the Pond

MPs' fury as U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy gets honorary knighthood for Northern Ireland role [More]
A title. How fitting for the Prince of Camelot and someone who was born to rule.

Of course, an American Patriot would decline on principle.

Go ahead, somebody say it.

We're the Only Ones with a Burning Desire Enough

A former Portland police officer convicted of shooting his wife more than a decade ago is in trouble with the law again. This time he was charged with arson. [More]
Sounds like just a hunk, a hunk of burning "Only One" love...

No Argument

I don’t know if I would have done anything differently in the situation [More]
This situation.

And I agree.

I don't think we should do anything different.

We're the Only Ones Not Just Thugs, But Lying Thugs Enough

After a beat down in an elevator, Joshua Daniel Ortiz ended up with his nose broken and facing a charge of battering a Fort Lauderdale police officer.

The 22-year-old Sunrise man was surprised and delighted to learn Wednesday that Broward prosecutors were dropping the case against him after reviewing an elevator surveillance video showing three officers aggressively rush and beat Ortiz to the ground. [More]
It looks like the "Only Ones" figure--based on long experience and institutional acceptance of such conduct--that they can manhandle the other passengers, too. And they still feel they can lie even though there are witnesses, because we know whose word carries more weight.

If the video did not exist, the beating victim would also be deemed a criminal. Yet the criminal conduct here is obvious.

Whose Paranoid has more.

We're the Only Ones Thanking Our Lucky Stars Enough

Prisoner takes away deputy's gun. [More]

Luck and the stars should have nothing to do with it. Not that we'd expect an "Authorized Journalist" to know that.

You know what we need to prevent such takeaway incidents?

Smart guns.

"Only Ones" exempted, of course.

Bad laws were meant to be broken. [More]
Often. And by someone who knows how.

Tea Time

America is on the brink of another revolution. [More]
I'll say. I sure hope the oppressors are impressed with the civil kind.

Anybody ever figure out if the Masters will view mailing a teabag as a terrorist act, warranting the attendant armed kidnapping and or destruction if you don't want to be beaten and dragged off...?

Touching the 'Third Rail' of Race and Guns

[We] also can't forget to look at race--not as a cause of violent crime, but as an indicator of populations most directly affected by and responsive to a continuing history of destructive government policies. If we're afraid to even address this, we're never going to be able to make things right. And those hurt the most by this self-imposed blindness will continue to be the least prosperous and protected among us. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column continues on the theme of minority citizen-targeted disarmament.

Also, South Dakota Gun Owners issues an alert about an anti-gun politician--one reportedly with an A+ rating from NRA. Links are there to find out more.

Links to the most current offerings from my fellow GREs are also provided.

Please head on over there and share it with your friends. I promised feral sons Uday and Qusay a scrap of goat fat in their gruel if I can earn enough from page views.
