ATSN Reminder

I'll be on American Trigger Sports Network this afternoon.

The show starts at noon PST, so factor in your time accordingly.

BATFU's Version of "Where's Waldo?"

They call it "Where's Whistleblower?"

Interesting. Especially when you consider this is where they came in from.

Looking for a whistleblower, are we?

Oh, yeah, I been communicatin'. I won't go into what about right now. Or with who. Especially with some of the tactics being used. Mike's been talking about them recently over at Sipsey Street.

So you're right in following leads here. But you're wrong in thinking you'll find anything--yet. And certainly not in old posts.

Suffice it to say I'm doing my part. And hope to maybe help satisfy some of your curiosity before too long.

Maybe we'll even get some hearings going.

Perhaps that cold blast going through DC will help keep sweat from forming...

And sorry, readers, to be so cryptic. The people this is directed to know exactly what I'm talking about. Heck, I bet they even forward this to the Chief Counsel's Office.

Angela McGlowan: Tea Party Fraud

“I think the government has the right to know what guns are in the homes ….” [More]
Sorry, Mr. Farah. You're premature endorsing this Constitutionally-illiterate nitwit. She's not ready for prime time. She's not even ready to run for dogcatcher with this flawed level of understanding.

Yo, Tea-Partiers: It's the Constitution.

Stop being Ross Perot-backers--we get that you're disgruntled. We are too. If you think you're going to do it without us, prepare for disappointment.

If you're going to let the RINOs and fascists hijack your efforts, who needs you?

We're the Only Ones Seeking Mercy Enough

We do not see how the citizens are made safer by placing these troopers in jail. Discipline may absolutely be in order. However, to federally prosecute them and with a possible jail term is not the answer. [More]
So many "law and order" Illinois police chiefs.

Tell you what, guys--you'll all sign a similar letter and make the same case for Wayne Fincher and David Olofson, right?

Or is the "crime" somehow mitigated when the perpetrator is an enforcer who would happily arrest a non-"Only One" for any kind of "gun offense"?

I'm beyond disgusted.

Kurt has more, including how they also want secret reviews.

We're the Only Ones Going to the Dogs Enough

Zoey was a mutt adopted from an animal shelter in 2003.

She had never bitten anyone, her owners said, although she'd always bark at visitors who came to their 10-acre property in Commerce City.

About 3 p.m., Wednesday, Zoey was shot dead by a Commerce City police officer. [More]
And naturally, the department mouthpiece "declined to identify by name or length of service" the "Only One" involved.

More and more I just can't see dialing 911 for anything other than a fire or an ambulance. In terms of a cop response, it's just too dangerous. Elder feral son Uday made a similar observation yesterday--he was watching one of those cheesy "reality TV" cop chase shows, and noticed that in every instance, the stolen cars ended up cartoon totaled.

A Texas Gunfight

Lawmakers in firearm-friendly Texas are embroiled in a debate over how to make the state Capitol safer: get rid of guns or encourage even more. [More]
Gee. Tough call.

Felony Snowball Tossing

I'm sorry...did I say "snowballs"? I meant "missiles."

Hey, they're lucky they weren't shot.

We could use the 2 weeks off!!!

What Slippery Slope?

They stressed they were not trying to ban trapping, just the sale of fur. [More]
But why stop there?

Why not leather?

And meat?

East Palo Alto Cop: Shoot a Gun Owner, Get '2 Weeks Off!!!'

Now we see it manifest itself in police state elitism that's chilling--particularly the implication that a citizen breaking no laws can be murdered and the state perpetrator will be rewarded with paid time off. And the rest, who are intimidated into defenselessness, are to be laughed at and held in contempt by armed enforcers. [More]

This Day in History: February 10

"That an Exchange of all Prisoners now in our possession, Officer for Officer, Soldier for Soldier and Citizen for Citizen, so far as number and rank will apply," be carried into execution, as expeditiously as the nature of the case will admit, and without regard to any controverted point, which might prove an impediment to so desireable an End.
