HB 6200 – Show Your Papers Dead in Judiciary

The law is clear: if you are not reasonably suspected of breaking the law, you cannot be detained and searched. [More]
A list of oath-breaking traitors who maintain otherwise is included, and that's always good to know. Whether they can be unseated as urged is a different matter. Case in point, the first name on the list looks pretty safe just based on how the district votes. You could run a toaster with a "D" after its name and I doubt results would change much.

Ain't no subsitute for being able to deliver. I'd be looking for a weak link or two and then focusing resources. That, of course, assumes the Republican challenger isn't a backstabbing stool sample like JohnMcKinney proved to be.
