I Smell a Discrimination Lawsuit

PROBLEMS WITH DISCRETION: FEW CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMITS GIVEN TO HISPANICS, BLACKS, OR WOMEN IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY [More]
Nice to see this issue finally being resurrected after all these years.  The last time, "progressive" state hypocrites tried to destroy records to hide blatant discrimination they would not tolerate anywhere else.

It boggles the mind that concealed handgun license holders, who are more law-abiding than LEOs, have to ask permission from those same LEOs to be able to lawfully carry.

It also boggles the mind that many of the few permitted people in Los Angeles County had to ask for 'permission' from a man who is about to go to prison (Lee Baca, 2016 pension $334,978.44).
